linenumbering.default — Default linenumbering setup for literal environments
Synopsis
<xsl:param name="linenumbering.default"/>
Description
This parameter defines the default linenumbering setup to apply to the
templates listed in linenumbering.scope that do not
have a linenumbering attribute.
The parameter value must be consistent and therefore compliant to the
values allowed for the linenumbering attribute.
